Mnemara Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mnemara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

Mnemara is a learning and memory app that helps users discover short-form concepts, save ideas, reflect on them, revisit them over time, and track personal progress.

Some features may be available only to users with an active Mnemara Pro subscription.

Mnemara is designed as an educational and reflective tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or educational advice.

• You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using the service.
• You may use certain parts of Mnemara in guest mode without creating an account.
• If you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account and device.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or session.

• Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple's systems and policies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account settings before renewal.
• Weekly and monthly subscription products may offer the same Pro access under different billing intervals.

If the app is distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's standard licensed application terms at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

The concepts, summaries, reflections, prompts, and review guidance offered in Mnemara are for general informational and educational purposes only.

Content may simplify complex topics. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any idea surfaced by the app.

You agree not to:

• use the service to violate law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits or security controls;
• misuse the app in a way that harms the service or other users; or
• misrepresent subscription status, account identity, or rights to content you provide.

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and some features may change as the product evolves.

Guest mode, local storage behavior, review systems, and premium features may evolve over time as the app matures.

Mnemara, including its branding, software, workflows, and product design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our software or service materials to you.

Mnemara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly personalized to your learning needs.

We do not guarantee that any concept, review path, or reflection system will improve memory, performance, decision-making, or life outcomes in a specific way.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or used the service unlawfully or abusively.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
