We collect information you choose to provide, including emails, project inquiries, support messages, and information entered into the AI concierge. Depending on what you share, this may include your name, email address, company, project description, timeline, budget range, and preferred contact method.

When you use the AI concierge, we process your messages, recent chat history, the concierge's responses, and a randomly generated session identifier. If your conversation indicates that you may want to work with Adam, relevant project and contact details may be saved as a lead so Adam can follow up.

We and our infrastructure providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

The website stores a randomly generated AI concierge session identifier in your browser's local storage. This identifier helps maintain continuity and associate messages from the same browser session. You can remove it by clearing this site's stored browser data.

To prevent abuse, the concierge uses cryptographically hashed versions of network and session identifiers for rate limiting. The system does not need to store your plain IP address in the rate-limit record for this purpose, although hosting providers may process IP addresses in ordinary server and security logs.

We use information to:

• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website;
• provide AI concierge responses and conversation continuity;
• understand project inquiries and respond to potential clients;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and excessive automated use;
• diagnose technical problems and monitor service reliability; and

These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own contractual terms and privacy practices. Please do not enter confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information into the AI concierge.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website and respond to inquiries; when required by law or legal process; when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the service; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, securing the service, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.

Copies may remain temporarily in backups or security logs after the primary record is deleted. The concierge session identifier remains in your browser until you clear the site's stored data.

You may choose not to provide information through the concierge and contact Adam directly by email instead. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
