By accessing or using this website or the AI concierge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services.

Build with Adam AI presents information about Adam Archuleta's work, products, and professional services. The website also provides an AI concierge that can answer general questions and help visitors describe potential projects.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

The AI concierge uses automated systems to generate responses. Its output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and should not be treated as a binding statement, professional advice, or a promise by Adam.

You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on or using it. Do not submit confidential, regulated, unlawful, or highly sensitive information through the concierge.

Sending an email, using the concierge, discussing a project, or receiving a response does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. It also does not guarantee availability, pricing, scope, delivery dates, or acceptance of a project.

Any paid engagement will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, contract, invoice terms, or other agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning that engagement, the separate agreement controls.

You agree not to:

• use the website or concierge for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• infringe, misuse, or violate another person's rights;
• submit malicious code, spam, abusive content, or harmful instructions;
• bypass or interfere with security, access, or rate-limit controls;
• scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt the website or its providers; or
• misrepresent AI output as a binding commitment made by Adam.

The website, including its design, text, branding, code, media, and original content, is owned by Adam or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

You may view and use the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from protected website content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that information to operate the website, provide concierge responses, evaluate and respond to inquiries, secure the service, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that doing so does not violate law or another person's rights.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, products, repositories, app stores, AI providers, and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims arising from the website or concierge will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid specifically to use the website during the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Adam and Build with Adam AI harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the website operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction over that location.

We may update these Terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
