Mnemara Privacy Policy

Mnemara may collect information you provide directly or create while using the app, including saved ideas, reflections, collections, review activity, progress indicators, and subscription-related state.

If you choose Sign in with Apple, we may receive your Apple-provided account identifier and, where Apple shares it, your name or email address.

The app may also create device-local records such as daily session history, review schedules, account access state, and preference data needed to run the experience.

We use information we collect to:

• provide the learning, saving, reflection, and review features of Mnemara;
• restore your local app state and access tier;
• process Sign in with Apple and subscription purchases through Apple;
• maintain product quality, safety, and support operations; and
• respond to product, privacy, or account questions.

Mnemara supports guest mode. In guest mode, saved ideas, progress, review state, and reflections may still be stored on your device so the app continues to function between launches.

At the current stage of the product, major parts of Mnemara operate locally on-device. Some account continuity or sync features may not yet be available across devices.

If you sign in with Apple, we use the Apple account identifier returned by Apple to recognize your local account state and support access flows inside the app.

We do not receive your Apple password. Authentication is handled by Apple.

Paid Mnemara Pro features are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under Apple's systems and policies.

We may receive limited subscription information from Apple, such as entitlement status needed to unlock or restore Pro access.

We may rely on third-party providers to operate the product, including:

• Apple, for Sign in with Apple and subscription billing;
• hosting, analytics, or infrastructure providers we use to support the app or public website; and
• other vendors used to operate customer support or service reliability workflows.

These providers process information only as needed to support Mnemara.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate Mnemara, if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or asset sale.

Device-local app data may remain on your device until you remove the app, clear the data, or overwrite it through continued use.

If server-side records are created for support, subscription, or operational reasons, they may be retained as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

• You can use Mnemara in guest mode without creating an account.
• You can sign out of your Apple-linked local account within the app.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
• You can delete the app to remove local app data stored on your device.
• You can contact us with privacy or data requests.

Mnemara is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you use Mnemara from outside the jurisdiction where our services are operated, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries where our providers operate.
