Melli Terms of Use

By using Melli, you agree to these Terms. Melli is a voice-first AI thinking companion for conversation, brainstorming, and reflection. The AI may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation; you are responsible for decisions you make using its responses.

Melli may offer a short, one-time conversation preview. Continued Live access requires an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Eligible customers may receive a three-day introductory free trial; eligibility is determined by Apple and is not guaranteed. The price, billing frequency, and trial terms presented by Apple at purchase are the terms of that purchase.

Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the purchase flow. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewals rather than immediately ending an already-paid access period. Apple handles billing, refunds, and purchase restoration under its applicable policies; use Restore Purchases in Melli to refresh access.

The current plan includes 100 total Live conversation minutes per subscription allowance period, including an introductory trial period. There is no daily cutoff. The allowance resets at the next subscription period boundary, not at midnight, and unused minutes do not roll over. Live time is metered by our server while a voice session is active and the call stops when the remaining allowance reaches zero. If a subscription ends, is revoked, or cannot be verified, Live access may be paused or denied.

Plan features or limits may change for future periods. Material changes to a subscription are handled as required by Apple's purchase rules and applicable law.

You are responsible for what you say to Melli and for having permission to share it. Do not submit another person's confidential information without authorization. Live audio and related conversation content are sent through our service to OpenAI to provide Melli's responses. Melli does not offer saved call recordings or transcripts, and we request non-stored GPT-Live sessions. However, OpenAI's default API abuse-monitoring policy may retain some conversation content in logs for up to 30 days, or longer in certain safety or legal circumstances. Do not use Melli unlawfully, infringe others' rights, attempt to bypass subscriptions or usage limits, interfere with the service, or misuse its infrastructure. Melli is not a human, emergency service, therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser. Do not rely on it for emergencies or as a substitute for qualified professional care or advice.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted operation or a particular AI response. Melli's app, branding, design, and original media belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app under these Terms and Apple's applicable rules.

For App Store downloads, your use of Melli is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict concerning the App Store license, Apple's applicable terms control to the extent required.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Melli. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
