Impossible Matter Terms of Service

By downloading or using Impossible Matter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Impossible Matter is a creative instrument that transforms touch, motion, and optional microphone input into generative visuals, sound, and haptic feedback. The app is intended for personal creativity, musical exploration, entertainment, and relaxation.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Impossible Matter on devices associated with your Apple Account as permitted by Apple's rules.

You agree not to:

• use Impossible Matter in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits;
• copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law; or
• remove or obscure proprietary notices associated with Impossible Matter.

If Impossible Matter is downloaded through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Impossible Matter, including its software, visual design, audio systems, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Impossible Matter can display bright, rapidly changing, or flashing visual effects and can produce audio and haptic feedback. Stop using the app if you experience discomfort. Use a comfortable volume and do not use the app while driving or when interaction could create a safety risk. Users with photosensitivity or related medical concerns should consult appropriate medical guidance before use.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Impossible Matter at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Impossible Matter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is a creative and entertainment product and is not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of Impossible Matter.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when updated Terms are published.
