HaloHum Terms of Service

By downloading or using HaloHum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

HaloHum is a creative instrument that transforms on-screen gestures into generative visuals, sound, and haptic feedback. The app is intended for personal entertainment, creativity, and relaxation.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HaloHum on devices associated with your Apple Account as permitted by Apple's rules.

You agree not to:

• use HaloHum in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse the app;
• copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law; or
• remove or obscure proprietary notices associated with HaloHum.

If HaloHum is downloaded through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

HaloHum, including its software, visual design, audio systems, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of HaloHum at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

HaloHum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is a creative and entertainment product and is not medical or therapeutic advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of HaloHum.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when updated Terms are published.
